2013

A Troubled First Install

It all started in the winter of 2013, when Ford helped a friend install Christmas lights for the first time. He thought it would be a simple task — just “hanging a few bulbs.” But it turned into a full-day struggle: mismatched product sizes, exposed wires battling the snow, tools that barely worked… In the end, the lights were up, but far from “beautiful” or “safe.”

2016

Why No Good Lights?

Most would’ve shrugged off that job, but Ford kept wondering: “Why aren’t there Christmas lights that just work?” After that, he dug into Christmas lighting—basic waterproofing, faster/easier installs for contractors. The deeper he went, the more he saw industry flaws: non-standard products, tedious installs, no real support when issues hit. It turned what should be joy into a hassle.

2019

SolunixLite: Fix All Issues

Thus, SolunixLite was born. Ford never wanted "just another lighting brand"—his goal: "Find me once, solve all your Christmas lighting problems." Product design starts with contractors’ and users’ actual use: lights are waterproof, wind-resistant, even ice-proof; installation parts simple yet solid. When clients need help, technical support and after-sales service ease their troubles.
