We typically process and ship orders within 1 - 2 business days. During the Christmas shopping peak season (November - December), order processing may take 2 - 3 business days to ensure accuracy.
3Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited options are available at checkout. Shipping fees depend on destination and speed, with orders processing within 1 business day and delivery times reduced by ~50%. Note: Slight peak season adjustments may apply – check options at checkout.
4How long does shipping take to different U.S. regions?
Delivery times vary by region for the contiguous United States (48 states):
East Coast: 3 - 5 business days after shipping
Midwest: 4 - 6 business days after shipping
West Coast: 5 - 7 business days after shipping
Alaska and Hawaii may take 7 - 10 business days. We partner with reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) – track your order in "Order Details."

1What colors do Permanent lights create?
The color choices are infinite. You can custom choose your colors on the color wheel.
2Are these Christmas light strings suitable for outdoor use?
A: Absolutely! Most of our strings are indoor/outdoor rated. Wires and bulbs are treated for water resistance (IP44 waterproof rating), handling light rain, snow, and moisture. For longevity, we recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather (heavy rain, blizzards). We also offer outdoor - enhanced versions with superior weather resistance.
3What are the string lengths and bulb counts?
We offer multiple lengths (10ft, 20ft, 30ft, 50ft) with bulb counts varying by spacing. Example: 10ft = 50 bulbs, 20ft = 100 bulbs. Specific specs (length, bulbs, spacing) are listed on each product page to help you decorate perfectly.
After-Sales & Return Policy
1Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customized or special-order products are non-returnable, except for quality defects.
2Quality Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after confirming the issue.
All costs for return shipping due to quality problems will be covered by Solunixlite.
3Non-Quality Returns
If the return is due to personal preference, wrong order placement, or change of mind, customers will be responsible for return shipping fees.
A restocking fee of 10%–15% may apply depending on the order condition.

5Warranty
All Solunixlite LED lights are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.

The price difference is due to two shipping options available for most products:
US Local Warehouse Fulfillment
Shipped from our warehouses in the United States (CA/NJ/TX).
Faster delivery: 3-5 business days to most US addresses (excluding AK/HI).
Slightly higher price to reflect local storage, labor, and expedited logistics costs.
China Warehouse Direct Shipping
Shipped directly from our production facility in China.
Economical pricing: Offers a 15-20% discount compared to local warehouse options.
Delivery takes 10-14 business days (via tracked international shipping).
