SolunixLite offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all lighting products, including bulbs, string lights, and accessories.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.

Covered under warranty:
  • Item must be unused, uncut, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Custom-made or bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective

Not covered under warranty:
  • Improper installation or electrical misuse

  • Physical damage, cutting wires, or product modification

  • Damage caused by natural events (e.g., storms, flooding)

  • Normal wear and tear or color fading due to long-term exposure

If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility:
  • Item must be unused, uncut, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Custom-made or bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective

Shipping Costs:
  • For defective or damaged products: SolunixLite covers return shipping

  • For non-defective returns: customers are responsible for shipping fees

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we receive the product.
